Blueberry Boy

“Beh-ee”, is one of Jacob’s favorite words.  It means strawberries, blueberries, dried cranberries, and even grapes, on occasion.  And he isn’t picky.  They can be fresh, dried, in a smoothie, or even frozen.

Today I heard an angry yell from Chris in the other room followed by:

Chris:  “Aargh!  Tim!”

Tim:  “I didn’t hit you Chris . . . . (he smiles) Super Villain did!”

Jacob’s two favorite foods are berries and beans.  Check him out, chowing down on this whole wheat burrito full of black beans, rice, avacado, and fresh salsa.  It’s an easy meal if you want to experiment with a meat and dairy free dinner one night.
