When I mention that I eat mostly vegan, the most common concerns I hear are:
What is there left to eat if you don’t eat meat, dairy, or eggs. How do you know what to cook? Are there special skills involved? How long does it take? You must sweat over a stove for hours.

Jacob’s just discovered a favorite toddler pastime: getting dizzy.
It’s even better when your older brother is the one spinning you. Here they are in the local Salvation Army gym, where we meet once a week for a homeschool 4H playgroup.
